Penis Enlargement Exercises
There are many forms of penis exercise that have come up in the past few years. I have been using a routine though that I am sure that works—I have seen the results myself!
Before anything else, let me remind you that this is not a miracle cure. You will have to work at it to get the results you want and it takes some time before it actually does show significant results. The good side of this exercise routine is that it is 100% safe and effective and it does not cost you anything but a few minutes of your time.
Penis enlargement is something that you should not take lightly. You should be gentle with the area—after all this is a very important part of our anatomy!!!
The first step to this exercise is the warm-up. You have to soak a hand towel or face towel in hot water and wrap it around your penis. The towel should be comfortably warm—not too hot since the heat may damage the penis, and this should be done for 2 minutes. Remove the towel afterwards.
Next it is time to pull the penis to train it to lengthen. While the penis is not hard, hold the penis near the head and pull firmly but gently away from your body. Pull straight out and hold for 30 seconds. Release the pressure, then pull outwards and upwards and hold for another 30 seconds. Do this for all directions (up, down, left, right and straight out). The order by which you do it does not matter. This will take about 2 minutes and 30 second in total.
Next you have to do some jelquing exercises. This needs some lubrication so be sure to have some on hand. Lubricate the shaft of the penis as well as the hands—making sure that the thumbs and forefingers are well lubricated. You have to be erect at this time.
Encircle your penis at the base with your thumb and your forefinger. There should be some pressure that can be felt. Pull out and move your hand from the base to the head of the penis, taking about 2 seconds per fluid motion. Do this for about 3 minutes or 90-100 jelques.
To end the routine do some Kegel exercises. Kegel exercises entail the use of the muscles that help in stopping urination. All you have to do is flex the muscles as if to stop yourself from urinating and hold it for 10 seconds. Release and do this again. Make 8 to 10 repetitions.
This routine will not only give you a longer and thicker penis, it will also allow you to prolong ejaculation so as to pleasure your partner better.
