Penis Exercises
There are many penis exercises out there that promise results quickly and easily. They promise to give men thicker and longer penises at the shortest possible time. But the truth of the matter is, there are only a fair few that truly are effective and do deliver the results that they promise.
I think I am but one of the many men who have tried one exercise after another only to be disappointed with the results they provide. Not to mention that the side-effects and the risks of other, less natural methods have always prevented me from trying any other methods other then just exercises.
Fortunately, there is hope yet for others like me who want to increase the length and the girth of their penis the natural way. I have found the there are two exercises that have withstood the test of time in providing men with the results they want if they are committed to working at it and exercising regularly. These exercises not only help in the thickness and the length of the penis but also help men strengthen and prolong their ejaculations.
- Jelqing
Jelqing is known too as ‘milking’ because of the motion involved. It has been used for many years as a tried and tested way to lengthen and thicken the penis by training it to be able to hole more blood. Though it does take some time to see results, the method is relatively safe of done properly and there is little to no risk of damage to the penis as long as the technique is done well.
- Kegel exercises
Kegel exercises are exercises that strengthen, lengthen and harden the penis. They also prolong ejaculations and add power to them as well.
Kegels are more known to be an exercise for women. It has been found out though that exercising the PC muscles, through Kegels, are beneficial for men as well. Some even say they can help with preventing prostate cancers.
Kegels are effective and they are very easy to do. They do not take much time and can be done practically anywhere.
These two, in my opinion, are the most effective exercises for natural penis enhancement. Each complements the other and they deliver realistic but significant results. Both are easy to learn and do not take a lot of resources to do. They must be done regularly though and properly to prevent any damage or untoward incident to the penis.
I am happy with the results that I have gotten and hope that others like me can attain the size they want through these exercises I have shared.
