I had been doing jelqing exercises and other penis exercises for some time now and only recently came across articles and resources regarding kegel exercises for men.  In the past, all I knew about kegel exercises were that they were specifically for women, to help in strengthening and tightening the muscles in their vaginal area.  I had no clue that the same benefits could be gained by men doing it too!

Kegel exercises are great because they can be done any time of the day, and not be obvious about it.  The beauty of these exercises is that it not only helps in strengthening the muscles of the penile area, they also help in making stronger and more powerful orgasms.  I get more control over the muscles of my penile area for maximum pleasure, both for myself and my partner.

Kegel exercises are easy to do.  The most important thing to know about kegel exercises is that you should be aware and be conscious about the muscles needed.  Simply put, they are basically the muscles used to pause urination.  Then, all there is to do is to consciously flex these muscles about 30 times a day, to begin with.  Gradually though, these exercises can be increased all the way to up to 300 flexes a day.

I am very happy with the results I have gotten from doing Kegels.  They are easy and they are effective!  I feel more in control of myself and I really do believe that my orgasms are so much stronger and better now.
